The FICO Platform is an analytics and AI-powered decision intelligence platform that enables businesses to configure solutions that orchestrate and operationalize high velocity decisions. As a lead product designer, I led and designed the data services in the FICO Platform which include feature management, logical schemas, and more.
Kashoo 2.0
Kashoo is a cloud-based accounting solution that helps small business owners automate bookkeeping tasks. As the UX Lead, I helped design the new end-to-end bookkeeping experience for Kashoo 2.0.
TrulySmall - Invoicing
TrulySmall focuses on solopreneurs and truly small business owners. As the UX designer, I designed the Invoicing app that launched in Jan 2021 which is the first of many future applications for geared towards small business owners.
Kashoo 2.0 on Android
The new Kashoo app on Android allows users to capture receipts, view and record transaction items within minutes. As the UX Lead and Project Manager for this project, I was able to scope out the MVP launched in January 2021.
MySurrey Portal
A web-application where anyone can perform any transactions provided by the City of Surrey all in one hub. I was the UX Design Lead for 5 of the initial applications launched as well as the portal itself.
Rosetta Stone
Reframing the existing application to provide more value to travellers and extends their language lessons from software to real world practice.
Mothers Matter Centre
The Mothers Matter Centre empowers isolated mothers by helping them develop the skills and knowledge they need to become more confident parents and engaged citizens in the community. As the sole Digital Designer in the organization, I redesign the entire website with better UX, visuals, and brand consistency.
